RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

For both pick up and shipped orders, returns are accepted within 10 days of order confirmation or delivery, respectively. It is important to note that the 10-day period is for merchandise to be received by us, not for a return request to be made.

Returned items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Any visible sign of wear, including makeup, deodorant stains, and fragrances, will disqualify the item from being eligible for return.

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to accept eligible items for store credit or exchange. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will inspect it, and if it meets our policy, a store credit will be issued. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND RETURN POLICY


If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that all bodysuits and accessory purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items, including those purchased with a discount code of 10% or more, items from the Sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

STORE CREDITS

Once we receive your return, we will issue a YOUCLOTHING store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used to purchase another item. Store credits are valid for 90 days.
